The third-person witchcraft of Sorcery
Nintendo DS Fanboy &bull Dec 15, 2011

I wasn't sure how I felt, actually. The game didn't leave a huge impact on me, and perhaps that's telling as Sorcery doesn't seem… Full Story »

Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima and Platinum Games producer Atsushi Inaba took the stage at Konami's offices here in Los Angeles earlier this week for a mea culpa of sorts: Kojima now admits that Metal Gear Solid Rising, though it may have looked nice in the trailer back at E3 2010, just wasn't working. The… Full Story »

A Year in the Life of Nintendo's eShop
Nintendo DS on Gamespy &bull Dec 14, 2011
Okay, let's try a little mental exercise here. Think back a year, to December 2010, and try to remember what is was like back then to try to download a game on a Nintendo handheld. Sorry, didn't mean to scare you with painful memories. But as we're here and about to look back on the advancements Nintendo's made to its digital storefront throughout 2011, it's a necessary evil to recall how woeful things were back before New Year's… Full Story »

Just like we said, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance developed by Platinum Games
Sony PSP Fanboy &bull Dec 11, 2011
Konami's Metal Gear Solid: Rising is now Platinum Game's Metal Gear Rising: Reveangeance, just as we were lead to believe by the trailer that leaked earlier today. Raiden, apparently channeling his unstoppable child soldier roots, has gone fully cyborg ninja in order to hack, slash and grotesquely dismember every single thing that exists. We're not going to lie, the idea of taking a RAY model Metal Gear head on with a robotic lightning sword makes us tingle in very specific, covert places. I have to admit, I became a LOT more excited for this title upon discovering that it'd been… Full Story »

The trailer also looks much more like an actual game than previous footage we've seen from Konami in the past. We're sure more will be revealed during tonight's VGAs.Update: To clarify the blatant lack of a trailer above this post, here's the poop: This… Full Story »
